Users may notice files and/or folders temporarily disappearing in a Shared Drive they are a member of, which can impact locating a file or folder and may falsely give the appearance it has been removed from the Shared Drive where it was originally found.

Workaround: The missing items can often reappear after refreshing (several times may be necessary) or opening the Shared Drive in an Incognito or private browsing window.

The issue has been identified by the vendor and it is being worked on. There is currently no ETA on a resolution.
