Scheduled maintenances
VCU Technology Services will be performing routine maintenance beginning on 4/27/26 starting at 6 PM.
You may not be able to access the Tableau Server production environment for a short period of time, but we’ll have things back up and running as soon as possible to minimize disruptions.

Network Services will be replacing the current Voice DHCP servers from 5pm to 8pm. The new servers have already been pre-configured and tested. Network impact is expected to be minimal during this transition, however there will be brief disruptions to DHCP services as the migration takes place. In some cases, phones may require a reboot to obtain updated DHCP settings.
Past Incidents
This maintenance has been concluded as planned.
The eServices cloud vendor has taken steps to resolve the eServices connectivity issues.
