VCU customers may experience trouble when logging into VCU systems that use CAS (Central Authentication Services) for authentication. We are currently investigating the problem.

Central Authentication Service (CAS) is currently stable, and the VCU community should be able to log in normally. IT staff are still closely monitoring the service. Thanks for bearing with us!

Students are not be able to submit new subscription orders for Adobe due to vendor issues. We are working to get this resolved. No existing student subscriptions are affected by this incident.

DocuSign services have been restored and customers should be able to login successfully. Login issues to RealSource issues are still occurring and under investigation.

RealSource is still unavailable for login. We are continuing to work diligently to resolve the issues and will post an update later this morning.
