Academic Campus WiFi Outage & Intermittent Connectivity

Full network functionality has been restored to all previously impacted areas along the West Broad Street corridor, including facilities on West Marshall, Broad, and Grace streets. All systems are now operating normally.

Users across West Broad Street corridor on the Academic Campus are currently experiencing network disruptions, ranging from complete WiFi outages to intermittent connectivity.

The Medical Campus is not impacted by this event and remains fully operational.

Network engineers are actively investigating the root cause to restore full service as quickly as possible, and a status update will be provided as soon as more information is available or normal service resumes.
