Backup internet link down

Our backup ISP restored server to our backup internet connection on Saturday Sept. 5th after dealing with multiple fiber cuts and troubleshooting to restore service due to polarity issues from the fiber repair.

We are currently experiencing an outage with our backup internet link. Primary internet connectivity is still operational and there is no direct impact to the VCU internet connectivity.
