The monitoring period is now complete, and system stability has remained consistent throughout the business day. We have confirmed that Emergency Change 6788 has fully addressed the Android login failures associated with the CAS 7 migration.

Following the deployment of Emergency Change 6788, initial production testing confirms that the patch has successfully resolved the Android login issues. We are now transitioning this incident to Monitoring status.
We are closely observing system logs, with a particular focus on performance as login traffic increases at the start of the business day tomorrow morning.
We will continue to monitor system stability for a full 24-hour period.
If no further issues are identified, this incident will be officially closed at 8pm tomorrow.
We have verified a resolution for this issue. Deployment will begin today at 5:00 PM under Emergency Change 6788.
During this rollout, please be aware of the following:
- People may briefly encounter a “Down for Maintenance” page while the update propagates.
- People may be prompted to log in again to refresh their session and restore full access.
