Google Groups emails may be delayed

Some Google Groups emails are still arriving in the Spam Quarantine. We are continuing to engage with the vendor to correct the issue and are continuing to monitor the Spam Quarantine to release any improperly trapped emails.

The vendor has indicated Google Groups emails should no longer arrive in the Spam Quarantine. We will continue to monitor to confirm the behavior is corrected.

We are investigating an issue with Google Groups emails where emails are arriving in the Cisco Spam Quarantine erroneously. We’ve escalated the issue to the vendor, Cisco, to investigate.

We’re working to fix the problem as quickly as we can and are releasing these emails from the quarantine when found.
